Dan Lawrence has been a coach for over 17 years, working with a wide variety of individuals from NFL Super Bowl winners to Undisputed World Champion boxers and business owners with both performance & aesthetic based goals.

Dan is currently Head of Performance for Matchroom Boxing working with some of the brightest talents in British Boxing including 2 x world champion Joe Cordina & John Ryder. He has been a regular writer for Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Women’s Fitness and other lead magazines over the past 8 years and was the head coach on the Sky Sports television series Fighting Fit, putting athletes & celebrities through workouts to inspire those at home throughout lockdown.

Dan is a very passionate and highly experienced coach who has developed a system that has been tried and tested with the elite and can be modified for the everyday athlete to achieve long term success.

Dr James Morehen

Head of Nutrition | Perform365

James is a performance nutritionist who currently works with professional elite level athletes and global organisations. Alongside this, James is passionate about supporting individual athletes and clients with their own nutrition, exercise and performance goals.

James has spent 9 years in higher education obtaining a BSc in Sport Science, MSc in Sports Physiology and a PHD in Sports Nutrition.

James has enjoyed over 8 years working in elite level sport with amateur to International and Olympic level athletes and corporate clients from; England Football and The FA, Warrington Wolves Rugby League, Saracens Rugby Union, Professional Boxers, Judo athletes, Triathletes, West Ham United Football Club, Formula 1 Drivers, HSBC Global, City Suisse, Bristol Bears Rugby and England Rugby.

Josh Richardson

Josh is responsible for the programming and implementing strength and conditioning throughout the whole pathway at Kent Cricket, working with a range of athletes from academy up to the 1st team squad.He has worked in professional sport for 4 years, previously working for Bath Rugby.Other roles have included coaching several

Olympic swimmers in their preparation for the Tokyo Olympics.Josh says,

Philip has gained excellent first-hand experience within professional sport having worked as part of the Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning departments within several professional football clubs such as Bolton Wanderers, Manchester City and Fulham FC as well as working at the prestigious Wimbledon tennis tournament in Summer 2021.

Since joining the Perform365 team Philip has now gained exposure to athletes such as Deion Jumah in preparation for the British title fight, Craig Richard’s assisting in his last fight camp as well as multiple other professional fighters and most recently young up and coming F4 driver & semi professional golfer.

Philip’s qualifications include a BSc in sports science and MSc in Strength & Conditioning from St Mary’s University.

What does this programme entail?
